In the event that you are a consumer, i.e. making the purchase for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor your independent professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

We want you to be satisfied as a customer. Therefore, we not only grant a statutory 14-day right of return on all orders, as all online shops do, but also a 30-day money-back guarantee after the 14 days have expired. After 30 days we only charge a return shipping fee of € 2.70. This will be deducted directly from the reimbursement amount when credited.

The prerequisite is that the training booklet is not damaged.

As soon as we have received the package, we will refund the value of the goods immediately .

We expressly point out that all of the Trainingsbuddy exercises must of course strictly adhere to all weapons law and security-related requirements.

The product price is 52.76 CHF, excluding 10.77 CHF shipping costs (1 € = 1.08 CHF as of December 10, 2020)

Payment deadline: The money must be transferred to the specified account within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
