In the event that you are a consumer, i.e. making the purchase for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor your independent professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

We want you to be satisfied as a customer. Therefore, we not only grant a statutory 14-day right of return on all orders, as all online shops do, but also a 30-day money-back guarantee after the 14 days have expired. After 30 Days we only charge a return fee of € 2.70. This will be deducted directly from the reimbursement amount when credited.

The prerequisite is that the training booklet is not damaged.

IMPORTANT: If you us want to send the goods back, so send us BEFORE please just send us an e-mail or give us a short call and we will tell you where you should send the package. Please do not send the goods back to us without prior notification (by email to hello@trainingsbuddy.com)!

As soon as we have received the package, we will refund the value of the goods immediately .

We would like to point out that all of the Trainingsbuddy exercises must of course strictly adhere to all weapon and safety-related requirements.

The product price is 52.76 CHF, excluding 10.77 CHF shipping costs  (1 € = 1.08 CHF as of December 10th, 2020)

Total price for one product: 63.53 CHF

Payment deadline: The money must be transferred to the specified account within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
