In the event that you are a consumer, i.e. make the purchase for purposes that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

We want you to be satisfied as a customer. Therefore, we not only grant a legally prescribed 14-day right of return to all orders, like all online shops do, but also a 30-day money-back guarantee after the 14-day period has expired. After 30 days we only charge a return fee of €2.70. This will be deducted directly from the refund amount when the credit is issued.

The prerequisite is that the training booklet is not damaged.

As soon as we have received the package, we will refund the value of the goods immediately .

We expressly point out that all of the Trainingsbuddy's exercises must, of course, strictly comply with all firearms and safety regulations.

Payment period: The money must be transferred to the specified account within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.
